Most days, during this class you will spend 10 minutes completing study skills lessons and the rest of the hour working on your homework from your other classes. You are responsible for filling out and bringing your planner to class everyday along with your homework. Your teacher will check your planner daily. On Wednesdays your teacher will help you get organized and on Fridays you and your teacher will meet to review your study skills lessons for the week. The WIKI Procedure:
Follow the directions from your teacher and the directions on each wiki page to complete lessons. Any time that there is an interactive page where you need to type in an answer, please print that off and place it in your study skills folder. Discussion Tab on the WIKI:
Occasionally the WIKI will ask you to contribute to the discussion page. This is a tab at the top of the WIKI. This tab opens up to a text box to write your reply. Label the topic of the discussion. After your writing is complete, you click the post button. These replies can be read by your teacher and the other students in your class. It is a requirement that you use proper writing techniques, with complete sentences, punctuation, and appropriate word choice. To review: Wiki Discussion:
